- Have they tried contacting you again and again, each time from a different number or different sales person?
- Are they more concerned about getting your personal information than answering your questions?
- Do they randomly bring up “Specials” out of thin air that are about to expire?
- Do you have to go through a huge touch-tone menu every time you want to speak with someone?
- Have they avoided showing you a sample contract that meets your vehicles specific needs?
In the end, if you feel like you’re talking to a scripted robot or you just know in your gut that they don’t care about you one way or another, just imagine… how are they are going to treat you when it comes time to file a claim?
