If you’re shopping around for an automobile warranty, let me give you one question to ask that’s going to throw other companies for a loop:
“If my car is in the shop and part of the repair isn’t covered under my warranty, what can you do to help me if I don’t have the money to get it out?”
This might seem like a crazy question to you. In fact, I bet you’re thinking you already know the answer, and that answer is “nothing”. They’ll do nothing to help you out because their portion of the deal is already taken care of.
BUT, this is another question DCI Warranty Services can answer differently than anybody else. Here’s what we say:
If you find yourself in an unfortunate situation where your automobile warranty does not cover the entire repair, and you can’t afford to get it out of the shop right now, we have a department in place for you to contact. It’s called the Goodwill Department, and it was specifically designed to help get your car on the road as quickly as possible.
Of course, we handle every call on a case by case basis. But heck, we’ve got a whole department set aside just to act as your advocate when you need them the most. And that’s not something you’re going to find with any other automobile warranty company.
