Should I Buy a Car Warranty If I Already Need A Repair?

by Gregory Nelson

First off, no, you should not buy a warranty if your car is already broke down. With most car warranty companies it’s easy for them to reject any claims made within the first 4 months, so your claim for that repair will be denied. My best advice is just don’t do it.

However, here’s where DCI Warranty Services separates from the industry. And this is huge. If your car is currently broke down, you should still buy our vehicle service agreement and tell us up front that it is currently broke down. You will then be connected with someone to discuss how you can qualify for our Good Will Clause.

What is the Good Will Clause?

Immediately before we put the insurance on we’re going to help you get your car fixed, and we will figure out a way to take it off the cost of your vehicle service agreement. We can help absorb as much as 75% of the cost of that repair to get your car operational and have your service contract activated with no problems in the future. So technically the service agreement is still paid for. You’re not going to find that anywhere else.
